What kind of Real Estate do you shoot?
Real estate walkthrough videos for residential properties or drone photos and video for land, residential, and commercial. Currently, I have experience in land development areal coverage but looking to expand into residential and commercial properties.
Are you qualified to be a drone pilot?
Yes! I have a license as a commercial drone license which means I can fly for you legally. This a step that not all drone pilots take which can be more risky to deal with. I take all precautions to make sure I give you good photos and videos while staying in the bounds of the law.
How long does it take to receive my photos or videos?
Usually within 2-3 business days depending on my schedule! Some shoots can be turned around same day for a small charge!
Why do I need Real Estate video?
Photos can only tell so much about a home. Video walkthroughs allow your potential buyer's a real look at what their future home can look like. They imagine cooking their favorite meal in the kitchen or their kids playing in the backyard! This really allows them to really immerse themselves into the home.
