Since I can remember, I have always picked up every camera I could put my hands on. I would take picture after picture even if it was awful, I just wanted to learn more. On my 10th birthday my parents decided to buy me a small digital camcorder and from that point on, I was hooked on making videos. I would make videos in my basement with my neighbors and put them onto YouTube where they remain still to this day (unfortunately). In high school I started making videos for any school project I could using my friend’s video camera. Straight after high school I bought my first personal camera and started University studying film. While enrolled, I learned many techniques in lighting, project management, and more before switching my major to marketing and business.
In my time of making projects, I have been a part of short films on all spectrums of the set, promotional projects for products and services of small businesses, and social events and recaps. While a part of these projects, I have learned many skills on how to make a good film. I have setup lighting designs for all genres of films, worked on audio departments making sure it is as clear as possible, lead cinematography perfecting the craft of an excellent shot, and lastly producing and directing projects of all kinds.
